ActiveX - Programming

Programming ActiveX objects such as Daisy is not difficult, once you understand the basic principles.

Examine the Simple Example, which shows how little code you need to call Daisy.

The first thing you must be able to do is add the 'Daisy' object to your program, which is described in Creating the Daisy Object.

After that you just use the methods, properties and events, as you would any other object.

Look at the various Coding Examples for details on how handle the program.

As expected, Microsoft has an extensive Web Site, which gives lots of details about ActiveX. It is recommended that you visit, if you are unfamiliar with ActiveX.
