Add Aggregation
Aggregation fields are added by first choosing the aggregation type from a list.
An aggregation name is then added, followed by one or more data fields.
Toggle between the various screens in this dialog, using Back and Next, ending with Finish.
Cancel ends the process without adding a new aggregation field.
