The records/rows can be printed in one of several different formats :-

• One record or row to a page.
• One record or row using a simple HTML file as an HTML template.
• One record or row as a compliments slip.
• Multiple records or rows to a page.
• One record or row to each line.

As you can choose which records you want to print, you can de-duplicate a database and then print a set of HTML pages or compliments slips to be used in a direct mail.
