The grid or table shows the records in the database you have opened.

Note :-

1. Use the mouse, the arrow keys or the scroll bars to move around the grid and see the hidden data.

2. Double-click on the fields/columns headings and they will be sorted accordingly.

3. Use the buttons in the main toolbar to view and summarise the data in the grid.

4. The Daisy button is used to draw Daisy chart of the records.

5. A right-click menu can be used to perform actions on a particular cell.

6. Right-click the headings of a field or column to format that column and change the properties of the data.

7. Move the mouse over the other buttons to see what they do!
