The link to Outlook is controlled from the Load and Add buttons above the entered details. Any version of Outlook after 2000 can be used.

Loading Data from Outlook

This is a simple process controlled by Load, whereby the name, address and other details are loaded from your Outlook address book or Contacts folder.

First you select the folder and then you select the entry.

Adding Data to Outlook

This is the reverse process controlled by Add, which adds the entry into Outlook.

Again the folder is selected and then the entry is added.
