Daisy TMS was originally developed as an analysis system for the intelligent switches produced by Macfarlane Telesystems and one of their customers, Corfe Communications.

Originally, it was a program that just used Daisy to analyse the switches and make sure everything was as it should be. Areas analysed included switch performance, line and bearer outages, fraud, international calls and the overall management of the switch.

Under Corfe the usage grew to include full customer billing, both printed and in HTML, and full management reporting.

The product has now been merged into the Daisy Phone Analyser to become a complete customer management system for a telecommunications company, when linked to a standard accounting package such as Sage.
