When designing a web site, it is often a good idea to be able to print some or all of the individual pages for documentation or marketing purposes.

Programs can also generate output as HTML pages as these are convenient for different printers and very easy-to-generate. Note that the Billing System of the Daisy Phone Analyser uses just such a technique.

However, when printing with a browser that good clean copy is usually spoilt :-

• Unwanted headers and footers are often added.

• Links are shown in an assortment of colours, depending on whether they have been used.

• Some colours whilst good for display are not suitable for printing.

• Certain areas of the page may be needed for display, but not for printing.

The Print HTML File program has been designed to print good clean copies of one or more HTML files directly. Variously options can be set so that the pages are printing exactly as required.

The program is also available as an Active X component for incorporation into other programs and systems. This component is available for distribution on payment of a small charge.
