This is done using the 'Edit' button, which is used to change the settings for the browser window currently displayed.

Just check the box at the bottom and set the minutes.

You can also set how the refresh is performed. A new copy of the page can be loaded or various types of refresh can be used.

Note that when refresh has been enabled, a window shows the time before refresh at the bottom right of the program.
