Over time, the number of news stories held in the program will naturally increase with time. Also, if these are being published, then the web pages will become too large to be viewed over a dial-up connection.
The News Analyser can archive stories to files, so that they can be safely deleted from the working news stories database. The achived stories are then published in seperate pages linked to the main page of the web site, so that they can still be easily viewed. Archiving is controlled from the toolbar.  See the Death Penalty example, which uses an archive to show old stories.
