Simple editing can be performed, once the data has been loaded into the grid.
Just click the Edit button in the toolbar.
An extra window then opens at the right of the grid.
'US' has been added to the record shown.
Note :-
- Only the columns Rating, Keywords, Notes and Reviewed By can be changed in this editing of the record.
- Once values have been changed, click Store New Values to save them.
Stories can be deleted as required using Delete. A check question is always asked.
- The Search button will search for the indicated field or data on the Internet.
After all editing has finished you can save the data to disc using the Save button in the toolbar.
There is also a special edit that will search for any stories with no Rating, Keywords, Notes or Reviewed By data and allow these to be edited in turn.
Just click the Add Missing button in the toolbar.
