When news stories have been published, they can then be automatically uploaded to an FTP site. This can either be on the Internet or a private Intranet.
Uploading needs all the usual parameters such as a host name for the FTP site, a user name and a password. These are entered into the dialog that controls publishing. Uploading can also be done on a 'new pages only' basis, checking which pages have changed since the last run. This reduces the amount of uploading to an absolute minimum.
