Uploading needs all the usual parameters such as a host name for the FTP site, a user name and a password. These are entered into the dialog that controls publishing.

Uploading can also be done on a 'new pages only' basis, checking which pages have changed since the last run.

This reduces the amount of uploading to an absolute minimum.
