The Full Billing System has a simple but powerful account structure, which is easily imported and exported to an accounting system.
Each account can have a series of sub-accounts, one for each installation. Thus, if you have four numbers, 123451, 123452, 123453 and 123454, they could all be sub-accounts of the account. If each account has a number based on the first six digits of the main number, then if 123451 is that number, then the accounts would be 12345A, 12345B, 12345C and 12345D. Note that it is possible for calls between sub-accounts to always be charged to a particular sub-account. This is so that in a small company say, all calls between employees and to the company are automatically transferred to the company's account, to save on administration of expenses.
