Many people use Microsoft Outlook to hold details of their contacts, storing phone numbers along with e-mail addresses.

The Phone Analyser can extract these numbers from an Outlook 'Contacts' folder and use this to match numbers in the call detail record files or CDRs.

This can be done on a record basis by clicking the Outlook button, whilst editing a record.

Editing Data with Outlook

Just click the button ringed in red and a selection of possible numbers will be displayed.

Possible Matches - Click for Large

You can also use Outlook data on all records that do not have a Code, by using the Outlook button in the main toolbar.

Outlook Button in the Toolbar

This is a very efficient way of adding extra data.

You must configure the link to Outlook when the program is first started.

All versions of Outlook from 2000 onwards can be used.
