Profiles are used to setup the Phone Analyser so that it handles the different call detail record files or CDRs properly.

For example the profile, 'BT' would be used with files from BT.

New profiles can be created and existing ones can be edited if the program is registered.

Shown is the top left of the program where profiles are chosen and edited.

Note that the BT Phone Analyser, which has a limited set of features, can't handle profiles.
