Daisy Analysis Applications - Recharging Calls

Back

Many people do not recharge their phone calls to either a business or the tax authorities.

Our research has shown that for many this could mean a figure of around £ 200 a year!

The procedure is simple, but does need a registered copy of the Phone Analyser.

  1. Start by downloading the call detail record files or CDRs from your telephone company.

  2. Once the CDRs have been loaded into the program, you assign codes to each of the records. These would have names such as 'Business', 'Personal' etc.

  3. Then after entering a few simple details, you can create a split phone bill, which shows how much you can recharge.

The split bill shows similar information to the summary of a typical phone bill, so by submitting the two bills, together with a list of the relevant call records, you should be able to satisfy the most severe company accountant or tax man!
