 The features of the BT Phone Analyser are slightly reduced compared to the full Phone Analyser.

The differences are :-

  1. Call detail record files or CDRs must be of a fixed format as defined by BT.

  2. Only 5,000 calls can be loaded at any one time.

  3. Phone numbers can't be scrambled or hidden.

  4. Data can't be copied to the clipboard or saved as new files.

  5. Only one CDR can be loaded at a time.

  6. Profiles can't be used. Everything is remembered between runs of the program.
