Default Profile
The default profile for O2 is named O2.
When processing CDRs from O2 always start with this profile open.
Obtaining CDRs
Call data record files or CDRs are easily obtained from O2's web site.
The procedure is as follows :-
- Register with O2 on their web site.
- Login using the ID and password.
- Register for Account Management and then Login.
- Click on 'Invoices' and then view the records.
- Select all the individual call records with the mouse and use Control-C to copy them to the Windows clipboard.
- These are then clipped, decoded and saved using the Clip button in the program.
CDR Format
The CDRs contain the following fields :-
- Date - The date on which the call was made.
- Time - The time when it was made.
- Called No - The number called.
- Called From - The country where the call was made.
- Duration - The duration of the call.
- Cost - The cost of the call in £.p to a tenth of a penny.
- Status - A code that determines the cost status of the call.
