Back

 Simple editing of the extra columns can be performed, once the data has been loaded into the grid.

Just click the Edit button in the toolbar.

An extra window then opens at the right of the grid.

'Business' and 'Stud' have been added to the record shown.

Note :-

  1. Only the columns Code and Called Description can be changed in this editing of the call detail record file or CDR.

  2. Once values have been changed, click Store New Values to save them.

  3. When either is changed they will be applied to all records where the same number has been dialled.

  4. The Outlook button can be clicked to test if the phone number is contained in your copy of Outlook.

  5. The Search button searches for the phone number on the Internet.

After all editing has finished you can save the data to disc using the Save button in the toolbar.
