Previous   Next   Help   Print   Daisy 2003

In Daisy 2000 and earlier versions, printing was always performed using a separate process, to overcome the difficult of the landscape screen and the portrait printer.

Daisy 2001 is very different.

The program now allows the user to define the size of the chart image, so that it can be an appropriate shape and size for the application.  More...

So for printing you can define the image to be same size as your printer, in either portrait or landscape. Daisy 2001 then prints the generated image directly.

As notes can be shown, other images can be pasted, and of course it can be panned and zoomed, you can print the image you want, rather than the one, Daisy wants to give you.

To look at the new printing, set the chart size to Printer Portrait, open one of the examples and then print it. Note that if required you can double the resolution to improve the quality!
