Several new mapping fields have been added to Daisy 2000 :-
- Between Characters - Extracts and maps the data between two character strings from the field to be mapped.
- Extract Numbers - Extracts and maps any numeric from the field to be mapped.
This is an ideal mapping to check that text and other fields have dates entered as 1999 or 2000, rather than a two digit form.
- File Directory - Extracts the directory from a field that contains a full file path.
This function works with both files delimited by slashes (/) or backslashes (\).
- String Length - Maps the data by the length of the string.
